Public Liability insurance is your protection if you are found to be legally responsible for personal injury to a third party or damage to their property

You need Public Liability insurance in general & especially if your customers visit you or you go out to see them, either at their premises, in public locations, or places owned and/or controlled by others.

  • Personal injury, property damage
  • Personal injury or property damage caused by an unknown defect in the Insured’s Products
  • Contractors and/or Sub Contractors that you as the policyholder have entered into a contract for work
  • Property damage including any loss of property use
  • Liability for property damage to property in your physical or legal control temporarily
